My first and last experience of eating here was not impressive at all. 0.1/10 (If you read this and wonder why you didn't eat at another restaurant, come eat at this restaurant and give a bad rating. That is, we saw the reviews. TikTok+Facebook I saw that it was very delicious, so I followed the reviews, but I didn't think that the service would be very bad at the restaurant.) (There should be a lot of improvement in service.) 1.Food - Pickled salmon is tough and not fresh. -The grilled meat is very thin, grilled until there is no meat left. -Sushi rice is very hard, like it was made and kept in the refrigerator. -All sashimi is not fresh, the fish meat is crumbly and smells fishy. -Miso soup, the soup is not hot. The seaweed is not clean. Leave the seaweed in the jar. 2. Employee services - Grill less than 3 pieces of meat in the pan. The meat stuck to the pan, so I informed the staff and asked to change the pan. The employee then informed that Previous customers who took the 599+ promotion had no problems. We ate the 399+ promotion, which made us think (1. Why couldn't we just ask for a new pan if we ate 399+? Because the pan in which the meat is grilled is sticky. So I would like to ask for a change or there should be a correction, but what the employee did was say to us, Customers: 599+ Eat and have no problem with the meat sticking to the pan. These are words that I think should be thought through more. It makes us (customers) think, why can't we change if we didn't take the 599+ promotion?? If you change the pan or have another way to fix it, it would be better to use words like this with customers. -We ordered a lot of food. As a result, the food trays overflowed on the table, but the employees didn't pay attention or pay attention to the trays that were empty of food. We therefore have to place it next to the table. The employee has already passed. It took half an hour to come and collect the empty trays. (The whole restaurant only had one table.) -When checking the bill (thinking in my heart, I feel bad since I changed the pan. It has already passed. There probably isn't anything to add, but in the end, the bad service issue isn't over yet. Checking the bill, we came to eat the 399+ promotion. The employee came and said that this promotion includes pickled salmon. Unable to pay by credit card Oh, I'm confused like this because the employee who initially came to offer the promotion didn't inform me. But let's tell you the last part. This is the 1st shot where the feeling was lost that was not clearly stated. 2nd shot, the employee came and said that our way was wrong. (Even though the store's Facebook page didn't inform us) but they told us that they couldn't cut off credit cards?? Whose fault should this be?? Then use gestures + emotions towards us who are (customers) + use a finger to hit. We almost dropped. This kind of action is called In terms of service? You might think that this lesson You have to read reviews from many places. There are many more aspects than this. But we trust that a store of this level will have good service, but it's very different. This will probably be the last time I come to eat.
